Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide every client with exceptional care. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.
48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your treatment if completed as scheduled.
Certain services may require a non-refundable booking deposit, which will be applied toward your treatment total.
